Dreamland Baby x Bobbie: Parent's Push Harder

Dreamland Baby x Bobbie: Parent's Push Harder

Dreamland Baby is partnering with Bobbie and a coalition of brands, partners, and individuals to support the Family and Medical Insurance Leave Act.

If passed, this Act would guarantee a minimum monthly benefit of $580.

Did you know that:

  • 3 in 10 women will drop out of the workforce within a year after welcoming a child when they don’t have access to paid leave.

  • Only 14 out of the 50 U.S. states offer paid leave.

  • 84% of adults in the U.S. support federal funding for paid leave, yet 73% of private sector employees don’t have it.

So, while we fight to pass it this year, we’re participating in an initiative to give $580 to 120 families with the goal of supporting and keeping parents in the workforce. We look forward to introducing you to the family that Dreamland Baby will be supporting soon!

We're championing Paid Leave for All x Glamour's paid leave petition. Your name can make all the difference. We think parents have been pushed around long enough- and it’s time we push back. Together, let’s push harder!

In June 2022, the AAP updated its sleep guidelines and is currently not recommending weighted sleep solutions. You can read the full report here. Please note that this is not a recall. Dreamland Baby is in ongoing dialogue with the AAP regarding its stance on weighted sleepwear and hopes it will result in the statement being retracted.
