COVID-19 UPDATE: Carrier delays.
To date, Dreamland Baby's fulfillment center has as not had issues meeting our fulfillment promise (morning orders: same day, afternoon orders: next day). However, our carrier partners (UPS, FedEx and USPS) are being inundated with a record high volume of parcels. As a result, for some orders, we have seen unusually long transit times.
Currently, there is no way for Dreamland Baby to predict when one of the carriers will fail and for how long. With this in mind, Dreamland Baby cannot issue refunds on transit time guarantees violated by the carriers. It is a known issue amongst the carriers and a factor beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method at check out.
We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, we are pleased to offer easy returns within 30 days from date of shipment. To be eligible for return, product must be in new, unused (unworn, unwashed) condition with the original packaging and tags. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return.
Bundles are sold as a single unit with a discount and not eligible for partial returns.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, and will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Priority Mail ships in 2-3 business days. Please note, these are estimated delivery times, but they are unable to guarantee exact deliver date.
*Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii may take longer.
Dreamland Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been processed through USPS unless Dreamland Baby Package Protection is selected.
SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL :
Shipping costs and shipping duration vary by country and will be reflected at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs, duties and/or taxes, and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. It is possible that your shipment may be delayed in customs. We recommend you contact local tax or customs authorities prior to ordering so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.
Please note, items can be delayed in customs for up to 45 days. This is a standard inspection, and, unfortunately, Dreamland Baby does not have control of this process. If you still haven’t received your order 30 days after it was processed, please contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit and it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
If you refuse the delivery of your order, you will be charged for the return shipping. The amount of the shipping costs from your order is also not refundable.
