Shipping policy

SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES:

• Domestic orders ($10) Priority shipping arrive in 2-3 business days.
• Free Shipping Continental U.S. Shipping (orders over $120) arrive in 2-5 business days.
• *Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii may take longer. 
• Dreamland Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen items unless Dreamland Baby Shipping Protection is selected. 

SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL : 

Shipping costs and shipping duration vary by country and will be reflected at checkout. 

International orders may be subject to customs, duties and/or taxes, and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.  It is possible that your shipment may be delayed in customs.  We recommend you contact local tax or customs authorities prior to ordering so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

Please note, items can be delayed in customs for up to 45 days. This is a standard inspection, and, unfortunately, Dreamland Baby does not have control of this process. If you still haven’t received your order 30 days after it was processed, please contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit and it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. 

If you refuse the delivery of your order, you will be charged for the return shipping. The amount of the shipping costs from your order is also not refundable.
