Creating an account is all it takes! Once you're signed up, you'll start earning rewards right away.
2. How can I earn?
You can earn by signing up, making purchases, leaving a review, and more. Check here all the ways to earn.
3. How do I redeem?
Redeeming is easy! At checkout, apply your store credits for a discount on your order. You can use as many or as few as you like, and each counts toward something special for your little one.
4. Can I earn on sale or discounted items?
Yes! Store credit is earned based on the amount you pay, so discounted purchases still count.
5. Can I earn on purchases I made before joining?
Unfortunately, store credit can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.
6. Where can I see my balance?
Log in to your account and your balance will be right at the top of the page.
7. Do my rewards expire?
Store credits expire 45 days after they are earned.
8. Can I use my rewards alongside a discount code?
Yes! In most cases you can combine rewards with other promotions, and any exceptions will be noted at checkout.
9. What happens to my rewards if I return a purchase?
Credits earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
10. I forgot to use my rewards at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately not! Rewards can only be applied before an order is completed.
