3. How do I redeem my credits?
Redeeming your credits is easy! At checkout, apply your credits for a discount on your order. You can use as many or as few as you like, and every credit counts toward something special for your little one.
4. Can I earn credits on sale or discounted items?
Yes! Credits are earned based on the amount you pay, so discounted purchases still count.
5. Can I earn credits on purchases I made before joining?
Unfortunately, credits can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.
6. Where can I see my credits balance?
Log in to your account and your credits balance will be right at the top of the page.
7. Do my credits expire?
Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity, and any earning or redemption activity resets the clock.
8. Do my rewards expire?
Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.
9. Can I use my credits alongside a discount code?
Yes! In most cases you can combine credits with other promotions, and any exceptions will be noted at checkout.
10. What happens to my credits if I return a purchase?
Credits earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
