- What is the return/exchange policy? Our Black Friday BOGO sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. You can read our complete return policy here.
- How long will it take to ship? Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, it may take up to a week to ship your order. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get it out sooner, and you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your items are on the way!
- Will it arrive before Christmas? Yes! Our products make great gifts and will arrive by Christmas if purchased before December 13th using our eco-friendly U.S. Ground Shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping is FREE for our Loyalty Members, so sign up here to save.
