Can a baby sleep on its stomach with a weighted sleep sack?

Yes! The evenly distributed weight is not intended to restrict your baby's movement. Also, our weighted sleep sacks are reversible. How should a sleep sack fit?

You'll want to size your sleep sack based on your baby's weight and height. For safety reasons, you should never size up. Are weighted sleep sacks worth it?

What should a baby wear under a sleep sack?

Your baby can wear clothes under the sleep sack. However, it is not absolutely necessary. Many parents use a onesie or lightweight pajama, but it depends on the temperature in the room. To avoid the risk of SIDS, you never want a baby to overheat while sleeping. Our weighted sacks have a 1.0 TOG so that your baby can comfortably wear them year-round.
