I got one years ago for my now 2 almost 3 year old. It really helped her so I started my newborn out with one a lot earlier. She just turned 3 months old and I thought it was time to start working on her sleep training. By that I mean taking steps to start encouraging her to sleep all night or have longer sleep sessions at night. I cant say she has too much of a change she is only 3 months but I can say she seems to have better sleep. We still have to swaddle or tuck her arms in a little bit to help her fall asleep but she goes to sleep so much easier and faster now with the sleep sack I LOVE IT.
