I am a former PICU nurse and a new mom. I was so worried about swaddling and sleep as my experience was vastly different to traditional baby sleep and development. One thing I knew is that babies crave comfort, stability, and “structure”. My little one is a Houdini who loves to break out of regular swaddles but cannot sleep without being swaddled. This sleep sack changed our life. She (at 3 months) is now sleeping 6-8 hour stretches regularly and LOVES the sleep sack. She literally will be crying in the bassinet and as soon as I start to wrap her up she stops crying, by the time the zipper is up she is tilting her head to the side and falling asleep. The comfort she receives is INSTANT! I highly recommend this and have bought it for all my pregnant friends.
