COVID-19 UPDATE: Carrier delays US

To date, Dreamland Baby's™ fulfillment center has been able to keep our fulfillment promise: morning orders ship same day, afternoon orders ship next day. However, our carrier partners (UPS, FedEx and USPS) are being inundated with a record high volume of parcels. As a result, for some orders, we have seen unusually long transit times. 

Currently, there is no way for Dreamland Baby™ to predict when one of the carriers will fail and for how long. With this in mind, Dreamland Baby cannot issue refunds on transit time guarantees violated by the carriers. It is a known issue amongst the carriers and a factor beyond our control. 

COVID-19 UPDATE: Carrier delays Canada (1/26/21)

Intelcom has reported delays as they continue to work through the delays they experienced over the holidays due to the unprecedented holiday volume. Intelcom will not update tracking until a day or so before delivery. The most up-to-date information can be found on customer's personalized tracking page. 

     

     

    SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES:

    Priority Mail ships 2-3 business days. Please note, these are estimated  delivery times. Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii may take longer. 

    Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

    Dreamland Baby™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been processed through USPS, UPS or FedEx.  It is customers responsibility to contact the carrier regarding a lost or stolen package.

    LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES:

    If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Unfortunately Dreamland Baby™ is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds or replace items in lost packages.

    If your package tracking is stuck while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. Click here to visit USPS.com to begin this process.

    SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL : 

    Shipping costs and shipping duration vary by country and will be reflected at checkout. 

    Customers have the option to pay duties and taxes at checkout. If you choose duties unpaid, it is possible that your shipment may be delayed in customs.  We recommend you contact local tax or customs authorities prior to ordering so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

    Please note, items can be delayed in customs for up to 45 days. This is a standard inspection, and, unfortunately, Dreamland Baby™ does not have control of this process. If you still haven’t received your order 30 days after it was processed, please contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit and it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. 

    If you refuse the delivery of your order, you will be charged for the return shipping. The amount of the shipping costs from your order is also not refundable. 

    EU SHIPPING :

    We ship to the EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the EU €150 and Under.

    CANCEL ORDER : 

    Due to our fast, same day packing and shipping we cannot guarantee your order will be able to be cancelled. If you would like to cancel please immediately email hello@dreamlandbabyco.com with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER and your order number. Please note our fulfillment center starts at 5am MST while our customer service does not start until 8am PST so if you email to cancel an order during the night (or over the weekend), it will not be received before being packed.
