My baby was already a good sleeper, but the longest stretch she had had before trying the swaddle was about five hours in the night. The very first night we used this she slept for 8 1/2 hours, and the next night she slept for 10 1/2 hours. We have also been using this as a transitional swaddle with her arms out and it works great! I would recommend this to anyone.

Your baby can begin using our Sleep Sack once they weigh 8 lbs. Use our Size Finder to choose the correct size based on your baby’s current weight and height. Our products run true-to-size, so for safety and comfort, we do not recommend sizing up.
Can my baby roll over in a weighted sleep sack?
Yes! The gentle weight is not intended to restrict movement, so your baby can roll, wiggle, and reposition with ease. Plus, the Sleep Sack is reversible, making it perfect for tummy sleepers, too.
Will my baby get too hot?
