This sleep sack features innovative, 3/4 length gently weighted sleeves that fit snugly to help reduce the Moro (startle) reflex. EveryBODY is different so the sleeve length may fall anywhere between your baby’s elbow and wrist.

What is a transition swaddle?
A transition swaddle is a bridge between a traditional (regular) swaddle and a sleep sack. The transition swaddle has 1/2 - ¾ quarter-length sleeves that give your baby the feeling of being swaddled but without the restrictions of a swaddle. Read more about transition swaddles here.
Are transition swaddles safe?
Transition swaddles an effective way to help your baby transition out of a regular swaddle. It is not safe to swaddle a baby once they show signs of rolling. Read more about transition swaddle safety here!
Are transition swaddles worth it?
Yes! A transition swaddle can be just what you need if your baby is showing signs of rolling over but still craves the security that the arm feature provides. We bought this swaddle in hopes that our not-so-great sleeper would transition out of the arms-in swaddle a little better, and it exceeded our expectations. While she can definitely still move her arms and it doesn’t entirely eliminate the Moro reflex, it seems to help her relax and feel cozy which has led to longer stretches of sleep.

My son is 15 lbs and we were trying to transition him out of the swaddle. He has terrible reflux and the swaddles were making it worse. We tried the Merlin, and will it worked decently well, he wasn’t able to bring his legs up to sleep the way he likes. We got this one and he immediately started sleeping better! He started doing longer stretches at night and one night slept through the night! We’ve only had it for 2-3 weeks! Before this he was waking 3-4 times a night and was difficult to lay back down. Now I can lay him down and he practically just falls asleep and stays asleep. We have always loved dreamland and I’m so glad they make this transition swaddle! It has been a game changer for us!
