Refund policy

 

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, we are pleased to offer easy returns within 30 days of original purchase for items that are in new condition (unwashed/unworn) with original retail packaging and tags attached.

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Bundles are sold as a single unit with a discount and not eligible for partial returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item.
  • We are unable to process returns unless an RA or order number is included. 
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on international purchases. All international purchases are final sale. 
  • All buy one get one free orders are final sale.
  • Mystery Bag items are final sale.

SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL : 

Shipping costs and shipping duration vary by country and will be reflected at checkout. 

Customers have the option to pay duties and taxes at checkout. If you choose duties unpaid, it is possible that your shipment may be delayed in customs.  We recommend you contact local tax or customs authorities prior to ordering so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

Please note, items can be delayed in customs for up to 45 days. This is a standard inspection, and, unfortunately, Dreamland Baby™ does not have control of this process. If you still haven’t received your order 30 days after it was processed, please contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit and it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. 

If you refuse the delivery of your order, you will be charged for the return shipping. The amount of the shipping costs from your order is also not refundable. 

CANCEL ORDER : 

Due to our fast, same day packing and shipping we cannot guarantee your order will be able to be cancelled. If you would like to cancel please immediately email [email protected] with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER and your order number. Please note our fulfillment center starts at 5am MST while our customer service does not start until 8am PST so if you email to cancel an order during the night (or over the weekend), it will not be received before being packed.
