Collaboration With The Experts

Tara Williams developed Dreamland Baby™ when she could not find a weighted blanket her 6-month old could safely wear. Having spent 10+ years in medical device market development, Tara's extensive knowledge of hospitals and clinical trials led her on a safety-driven journey to create a safe and effective product that would help babies sleep better.

Tara worked with experts in the medical, science, and sleep fields to design a product according to the American Academy of Pediatrics safe sleep guidelines.

This study showed positive findings for toddlers (age 2-5) with and without developmental disabilities when using a weighted blanket to improve sleep patterns.
