ABOUT

The Department of Sleep Medicine at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health serves patients in downtown Indianapolis, Speedway, Broad Ripple, and surrounding communities. Our highly skilled team of sleep specialists believes in treating you as a whole person – not just a symptom.

Sleep Study

Throughout a 6-8 hour sleep study, a board-certified sleep disorder specialist and registered technologist will monitor your infant's sleep patterns. This data will aid in understanding the impact of weighted wearable blankets on vital signs and infant movement in healthy infants during sleep. The rooms at our sleep centers are comfortable — similar to a hotel room.

Primary Objective:

To investigate the impact of weighted wearable blankets on vital signs and infant movement in healthy infants during overnight sleep.

4. Gestational age ≥ 37 weeks
